This mixture should then be baked in baking pans preheated to 325 degrees for 3 hours. It is then transferred to glass mason jars and cooled in water bath for 10 minutes. Who does not love peaches? Take 18 peaches of medium size and wash them thoroughly. Boil them in hot water to scald them and remove the peel and pit of the fruits. Cut the fruits into small pieces and heat them in small quantity of water under medium flame until soft. Later you may mill the pieces in food processor and take in a pot. To the pot add 4 cups granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon and simmer on low flame to get a thick consistency. Cane the mix in mason jars for 10 minutes and enjoy it for almost a year.
